  • Do you want to set up a Shopify, Prestashop or Woocommerce store?
  • Would you like to start an ecommerce or a Blog without starting from scratch in SEO?
  • Do you want blogs or themed sites to push your money site?

If the answer is yes, it means that you have already understood the benefit of dropshipping ecommerce or not, but above all you have understood the importance of expired domain names!

The advantage of starting a site with an expired domain and that you are not starting from scratch in terms of SEO.

In addition, you can choose an expired domain name that corresponds to the theme in which you want to set up your site or ecommerce.

Another interest is to be able to set up a network of themed sites.

You will therefore have total control over several domain names which will link to your main domain name.

Why choose an expired domain name?

According to my SEO research, an expired domain name benefits from seniority on the internet.

As a result, this seniority means that the domain will be better recognized by search engines and especially by Google. Indeed, Google tends to favor older domain names for several reasons:

  • Seniority equals trust for Google! The latter tends to be suspicious of brand new sites!
  • An expired domain potentially has an already established reputation thanks to the links pointing to it. You thus benefit from all the referencing work of the former owner!
  • Expired domain name has content! You can recover the content of the old website, so you don’t leave with an empty site with no history! (see here for restore an expired domain name)

In short, you will have understood that there is a great interest in recovering an expired domain name and its content.

Whether for SEO or to quickly get traffic to your site, it is better to invest in the former. 😉

A bit like real estate but that’s just my point of view. 😀

Caution:

However, you must remain careful and check the history of the site on https://web.archive.org/ in order to verify that the domain has not been squatted by a Chinese or that it has a dubious history. If you are not familiar with https://web.archive.org/ you will find that you can literally go back in time and see what the site looked like from the date it was created! It’s in a way the archives of the internet!

How to find an expired domain name?

To find an expired domain name, you have several choices.

You can go to auction sites like kifdom or domraider. Personally I used Kifdom but it remains very limited.

In addition, it is an auction system so prices can quickly get out of hand.

So you have to be sure of what you buy!

It is also possible to buy domains as an immediate purchase but it costs around €20 (when you know that an NDD costs 7 bucks…)

I need a large number of expired domain names fairly regularly to push my money sites.

I will explain the interest to you right away!

What is the point of a network with expired domain names?

When you want to push an e-commerce site so that it is well referenced on Google on this or that keyword you have two parameters:

  • Onsite SEO: content quality, optimized tags, optimized meta and H1 H2 etc… Nothing too complicated here! A simple plugin like Yoast SEO will help you do the job very well!
  • Offsite SEO: this is where it gets complicated, for your site to stand out from the crowd you need other sites to link to it.

Offsite SEO

So I explained to you that the fact that other sites link to you is considered votes for Google.

The more domain names you have that link to you, the better your sites will be referenced.

It’s honestly not easy to get links from other websites.

Very often you will have to pay for a site to allow you to publish an article to get a link.

I’m sure you’re starting to understand the benefit of having your own network of sites 😉

You will have understood, you are never better served than by yourself!

So, when I want to push a money site (ecommerce/affiliate blog etc…) I buy several expired domain names (5 to 10).

Then I remount them by restoring the old content.

With this method, I have at my disposal as many blogs as I want that will link to me.

In addition, I have total power over them and their content!

Do you understand the power of the thing?

Where to find expired domains without the hassle?

Since I need a lot of expired domain names quite regularly I don’t want to break the bank buying them at auction!

I don’t want domains with sick stats!

Just domain names with a history in my theme and correct stats.

Plus I don’t want to pay full price for them either!

I want to be able to buy them from my registrar at the normal price (i.e. €7 to €10 on average)

So I use PBN Premium to do this. If you are interested in the tool Click here 😉
